Important Information to consider:

Additional cost of the service and/or item charged by the external supplier;
According to clause 3, paragraph 2 of the Framework Agreement;
Applied to overdue debt;

Cost per item, with a maximum limit of €60;
Percentage of the insurance premium to be retained in the monthly rental as a penalty.
